06/06/2020HELLO!! The reception WILL be happening following the ceremony on June 27th! 05/21/2020Hey guys, Alison here :) I know now is such an uncertain time for everyone, we completely understand if you are not able to make it to the ceremony and reception! However, if you are willing to join us for the reception, please please send back your RSVP card filled out as if it is 100% still happening. If we do not get one from you and the reception is still on, then we will only have to assume you are not coming at all. So, if you would send that back as soon as possible that would be great! My mom has a meeting with the reception venue on 06/05 to determine if the party will go on as planned. She has asked if I could post another update asking for all RSVPs to be in by 06/03 that way she has a good estimated number to tell the reception venue. This is an earlier date for some of you and for those who missed the first deadline it gives you some extra time 😉 Again, if we do not receive an RSVP card, we will assume you are not coming to the reception. Check back shortly after the 5th and if we have details about the reception, we will post them here!&nbsp;Thank you for your help and understanding! No matter what happens, on June 27th there will still be a wedding ceremony at Christ Reformed Baptist Church at 6:00pm! Again, please know that if you are not comfortable attending, we will miss you, but we understand! We love you all! 37 Days!!! 😊 Talk soon!&nbsp; 05/19/2020 If TN/Chattanooga/our reception venue allows for gatherings of 100+, will you be at the reception? Please respond whether or not you plan to attend by checking the appropriate line on the response card and then put it in the mail. The response card and a self-addressed, stamped envelope was included with the wedding invitation. If you indicate that you plan to attend and the reception will NOT be allowed, it will be posted here AND we will make personal contact with you. If we do not receive the response card back from you, we can only assume you do NOT plan to attend. If the reception is canceled, the wedding ceremony will still go on as planned with as many of you in attendance as are comfortable!-JT and Lynn Nichols 05/16/2020 Thankfully, the state of Tennessee is allowing gatherings for worship, funerals, and weddings so our wedding ceremony will proceed as planned on June 27th, 6:00pm, at Christ Baptist Church. In the event Tennessee has not entered the phase in which gatherings of more than 100 people are allowed, the reception and ONLY the reception will be postponed.&nbsp;If you have responded that you will attend the reception we will contact you if the reception is postponed. Please be sure to include your email address on the response card.&nbsp;We will post updates weekly! :)

COVID-19 Updates

We will be using a valet service for parking at the ceremony location. Upon arrival, pull into the spaces in front of the church and an attendant will park your car. After the ceremony cars will be brought back up front.
